About Us

As a Husband and Wife team, Founders of Ancestral Roots, Patricia and Adam Keough,  both enrolled and graduated from the Naturopath N.D. program at the Alterative Medicine College of Canada in Quebec, with the intentions of offering local services to Central Newfoundland and online services Canada wide.

 

Ancestral Roots began from humble beginnings and as a passion project of the founders Adam & Patricia.

After struggling with autoimmune issues themselves, both Patricia and Adam were drawn into the inclusive nature of Naturopathy.

With a passion for  natural wellness and  healing,  Ancestral Roots started to help meet the growing demand for holistic services in the Central Newfoundland area and to provide clients with an alternative  approach to their own wellness or in times when sickness manifest itself in the body.

 

At Ancestral Roots we are committed to helping you achieve optimal health and wellbeing. We believe this can be through our apporch through from a one-on-one consultation where we asses the Body, Mind and Spirt as a whole.  Looking at contributing factors to any ailment from all aspects of the person and then developing a Individualized plan to bring these elements back to a state of balance and unity.
